Whether you call me Member Relations, or Member Services Coordinator, currently I assist our members at EANE as they strive to improve their businesses and organizations. Ask me how to make the most of your membership! I like to think that knowing a little about a lot of different businesses is a strength in this role.
I have a background in workforce development and non-profits (the local Career Center systems are great!) and love bumping into or hearing from folks I have assisted over the years. I started off in a print career many years ago for a great family-run business that set the tone for how to treat employees and customers right. My printing friends hold a special place in my heart still. I am a current board member for CEP in Holyoke, MA; an adult learning program that provides ESOL and ABE for the surrounding community as well as document translation services in Spanish. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Westfield State - earned that while working full-time as a non-traditional student. I've volunteered regularly for many local organizations and have been active in various local chambers of commerce but extra time these days is focused on a new puppy Scout who like myself, loves people, hiking and socializing.
