Susanna is a catalyst for thriving workplaces. Her prior experiences as a classroom teacher, school administrator, strategic communications leader, and organizational development consultant all come to bear in her current work leading People Operations for a 462 employee health and human services nonprofit in eastern Rhode Island. Originally from New York City & eastern Pennsylvania, Susanna earned a BA in politics from Earlham College (Richmond, IN), a MS in Early Childhood / Elementary Education from Bank Street College of Education (New York, NY), and SPHR certification from HRCI. Susanna's passion for culture change and manager development is rooted in her own chaotic work history. Her mission is to ensure that work doesn't hurt, driven by clarity, kindness, and radical candor.
