Bio

Kim Dunn, is a business and human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in providing leadership and solutions to organizations in a variety of industries.  Kim’s background includes Organizational Development, Executive Leadership and all aspects of Human Resource strategy.  Her ability to See It, Own It, Solve It and Do It, has served her and the organizations she has worked with time and time again. Kim has a passion for young talent and has developed programs designed to identify future high performers.  She has also created a successful reverse mentoring programs where she has gained insight from our future Millennial and GenZ leaders that will drive the way businesses operate well into the future.

 

Organizational Development – Creating organizational development plans from concept to execution is where Kim has been able to consistently add value to the organizations bottom line.  Understanding the business, how their people contribute and where fundamental process improvements can ensure sustainable, profitable growth is where Kim’s expertise is most beneficial.

 

Executive Leadership – Throughout Kim’s 25 years of business experience she has held the positions of Vice President, Executive Director and Director in fortune 500 companies and large privately held businesses.  She is an accomplished leader who has mastered the art of providing leadership and support to organizations in their continuous development through her commitment to developing people, improving process and creating and executing on strategic plans.

 

Transition/Succession Planning – Working with senior leadership to outline future organizational structures that will support the sustainable, profitable growth of their organization.  Kim has worked with large global organizations and family business alike to create transition plans that will ensure success for the next generation.  Her ability to preserve core values and identify future business opportunities combined with a planning process that fits best with each organization has delivered repeated success.

 

Strategic Planning - Facilitating the process for an organizations senior leadership team in the development and design their strategic plan that will ensure long term results is where Kim’s experience and determination shine through.    Providing an outside perspective to leadership and identifying opportunities, potential challenges and facilitating teams through to solutions is part of her approach to the Strategic Planning process.

 

Executive Coaching – Working with senior leaders, business owners and high performers to outline their goals and objectives to achieve desired results.  Coaching individuals to assist them in their personal and professional growth so that they will achieve their desired outcomes.

 

Employee Development & Performance Management – Proven track record for developing programs and plans that will ensure organizations are preparing their employees for their next role and developing employees so that they can achieve their career aspirations.   Managing performance she creates systems that will motivate and deliver results.  Designing and implementing performance management plans for organizations that will create high performing work teams.

 

Kim’s experience working with large global organizations and privately owned companies gives her a unique perspective on business and leadership.  She has held positions where she is directly responsible for delivering profit to the bottom line and is a passionate developer of talent.  She is a graduate of Lesley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.  Kim is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in coaching (iPEC).  She is also certified in DiSC facilitation and assessment delivery, and has delivered a variety of Leadership development training courses over her career.
