Hi! I'm a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience and while I think I've seen it all sometimes, I know that's not true! My experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Cartamundi, North America, the world’s largest manufacturer of playing cards and board games and Director of HR for FuelCell Energy, an alternative energy company. In my rolls I supported the day to day HR responsibilities, sat at the executive table for strategic initiatives for over 1,000 employees in the US and served on the Global HR Team with Colleagues from across the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.
I have been with EANE since November of 2021 after being a member for many years. My primary role with EANE is on the Learning and Development team, training on our Leadership classes as well as our HR specific offerings including the HR Certification prep class. When not training I'm working directly with our members as an HR Business Partner and you'll also find me on the Hotline. For credentials I have a BS in Management and have maintained my SPHR/SCP certifications since 2003 and am a certified Leadership trainer and executive coach. My passionate is helping people find a way to elevate - no matter what their dreams are.
For personal connection, I love to play and captain competitive adult tennis teams and coach and develop a Girl's high school tennis team which I love! Nothing beats hitting a fuzzy yellow ball at the end of a long day or sharing a passion with friends! I share my life with a wonderful family and enjoy vacationing where I can dive in the ocean and put my toes in the sand. At home I'm usually chasing after our rescue pup Sidney, and if I'm looking for my tennis balls, I know who probably stole them!
